Apple-Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients:

• Big Apple – 1 pc;
• Sugar – 120 g;
• Flour – 200 g;
• Oat Flakes – 100 g;
• Zest of an orange half;
• Baking powder – 1 tbsp (no slides);
• Eggs – 1 pc;
• Vegetable Oil – 60 ml;
• Milk – 250 ml.

Preparation:

1. Combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, oatmeal.
2. Mix all liquid ingredients: eggs, vegetable oil, milk and add the zest of orange.
3. Add the liquid ingredients to dry. Stir. Add sliced into small cubes apples, previously purified from the seeds and peel.
4. Bake in the molds for muffins at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
5. Garnish with powdered sugar.
