    Chocolate And Peanut Granola With Dates

    Ingredients:

    • Oat Flakes – 400 g;
    • Dates (stoned) – 100 g;
    • Almonds – 50 g;
    • Walnuts – 50 g;
    • Dried cranberries or cherries – 80 g;
    • Honey – 50 g;
    • Butter – 50 g;
    • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp;
    • Vanilla sugar – to your taste;
    • Pinch of salt.

    Preparation:

    1. Mix the honey with melted butter, vanilla sugar and salt.
    2. Grind nuts into large crumbs and mix with oatmeal and cocoa powder. Mix both masses together.
    3. Put the granola on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper, and bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring it every 10 minutes. Granola is ready when completely dry and has a golden color.
    4. Mix cranberries (cherry) and diced dates with warm granola. Let it cool down completely. You should store granola in an airtight container.
