Coconut Granola With Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:

• Oat Flakes – 400 g;
• Coconut flakes – 80 g;
• Candied fruits – 100 g;
• Honey – 50 g;
• Butter – 50 g;
• Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp;
• Sunflower seeds – 50 g;
• Pinch of salt.

Preparation:

1. Mix honey, melted butter and salt.
2. Mix sunflower seeds with oat flakes, sesame seeds and coconut. Mix both masses together.
3. Put granola on the baking tray, covered with a parchment paper, and bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring it every 10 minutes. Granola is ready when completely dry and golden.
4. Mix granola with warm candied fruits. Let it cool down completely. You should store granola in an airtight container.
