Granola with Yogurt and Cherry

Ingredients:

• Yogurt – 100g;
• Granola that tastes you best – 2 tbsp;
Cherry layer:
• Frozen pitted cherries – 80 g;
• Sugar – 1 tbsp;
• Water – 2 tbsp;
• Cornstarch – 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Combine cherries, sugar, water and corn starch together in a stew-pan.
2. Cook on the low heat for a few minutes until thickened. Give it to simmer down.
3. Create the dessert. Alternate layers: yogurt then cherry, granola, etc. The dessert looks great in a transparent glass.
