    Granola Bars

    Ingredients:

    • Oat Flakes – 700 g;
    • Butter – 80 g;
    • Honey -100 g;
    • Dried cherries or cranberries – 100 g;
    • Sugar – 100 g;
    • Nuts (you can use any) – 150 g;
    • Vanilla sugar – to your taste;
    • Cinnamon – to your taste;
    • Salt – 1/2 tbsp.

    Preparation:

    1. Heat honey, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, salt and cinnamon together in a stew-pan.
    2. Grind the nuts into large crumbs then combine with oatmeal. Put on the baking tray covered with a parchment paper and dry in a preheated to 160 degrees oven for 10 minutes.
    3. Mix hot cereal with honey and oil weight, add cherries (cranberries). Grind everything in a blender.
    4. Put a dense layer (1.5-2 cm) on the baking tray covered with a parchment paper and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
    5. When it is still hot, cut the granola into bars. You should store granola in an airtight container.
