    Oatmeal with Poppy and Caramel Apples

    Ingredients:

    • Milk (water) – 1 cup;
    • Oat flakes – 4 tbsp;
    • Grind poppy – 1/2 cup;
    • Apples – 1 pc;
    • Cinnamon – to your taste;
    • Salt – to your taste;
    • Sugar – 1 tbsp;
    • Butter – 1 tbsp;
    • Honey – to your taste.

    Preparation:

    1. Put the sugar in a saucepan and cooking it on a low heat; bring it to a state of caramel. Add butter, cinnamon, poppy seeds and cut into small cubes apples.
    2. Hold it on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add oatmeal and pour it with a glass of milk (or water).
    5. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
    6. Remove from heat and let the porridge stand for 10 minutes.
