    Pumpkin Granola With Almonds And Nutmeg

    Ingredients:

    • Oat Flakes – 400 g;
    • Almonds – 60 g;
    • Dried Cranberries – 80 g;
    • Pumpkin seeds – 100 g;
    • Pumpkin puree – 150g (use the nutmeg pumpkin variety – it is very sweet and aromatic, bake it in a foil or on a parchment paper for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, grind using a blender or fray through a fine sieve);
    • Sugar – 50 g;
    • Butter – 50 g;
    • Honey – 50 g;
    • Nutmeg – to your taste;
    • Pinch of salt.

    Preparation:

    1. Mix honey with melted butter, pumpkin puree, salt and nutmeg.
    2. Grind almonds into large crumbs; mix them with oatmeal and pumpkin seeds. Mix up both masses.
    3. Cover a baking tray with a parchment and put granola on it.
    4. Bake at 150-160 degrees for about 40 minutes. Stir granola every 10 minutes. Ready granola is completely dry and has a golden color.
    4. Mix warm granola with cranberry. Let it cool down completely. You should store granola in an airtight container.
