Novoukrainka’s buckwheat cakes
Ingredients:
• Mincemeat – 500g;
• Buckwheat Flakes – 150g;
• Eggs – 3 pcs .;
• Onions – 1 pc .;
• Garlic – 1 clove;
• A pinch of salt;
• Pepper to your taste.
Preparation:
1. In the mincemeat, add chopped onions, garlic, eggs, corn flakes, salt and pepper.
2. Mix and form oval shaped cakes.
3. Fry them in vegetable oil.
4. Put buckwheat cakes in a saucepan, cover with water and stew until tender.
